Confident Me is a six week course, giving children aged 8+ a safe space to talk about their feelings through fun activities aimed to build confidence and trust as well as try out different strategies and techniques to help them better manage their emotions and anxieties.
Held at Windchimes on Tuesdays from 4.30 to 5.30pm.
