Short Breaks Service
SNAAP delivers two programmes for our Short Breaks Service for disabled children and young people in Kent. They offer a safe social group setting whilst giving parents and carers a short break. The schemes are for children aged 8-18 who have profound, severe or complex needs and run from Windchimes, Hawkinge and Sittingbourne.

A safe caring environment for young people with disabilities & additional needs to come along and make friends, chill out and have fun. We help young people who attend this club to become more independent and confident to make their own decisions and develop into young adults.

Age : Age 11 years +
Venue : Whitstable Youth & Community Centre (CT5 2BJ) (opposite the Bowling alley)
Cost : £3. A hot meal will be provided.

Youth Club dates for 2019

The Zone Out Club run fortnightly on a Tuesday from 5pm – 7pm at Whitstable YC.

Tuesdays :

15th and 29th January,
12th and 26th February,
12th and 26th March,
23rd April,
7th and 21st May,
4th and 18th June,
2nd and 16th July

These sessions must be booked in advance; please ring the office for confirmation on the venue and to book, due to Whitstable Youth Club being shut.

Please note this club does not run during the school holidays
